This is a recipe that I love to make when I’m short on time. You can shop for the ingredients ahead of time or the day of. If you have an Italian import store nearby, shop there for the freshest ingredients.

Ciabatta Rolls
Slices of Prosciutto, Salami, or Panchetta
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Finely chopped vegetables(red bell peper, olives, onion)
Pizza or spaghetti sauce.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice Ciabatta rolls in half and toast lightly.
- Spread a teaspoon size amount of tomatoe sauce on each of the Ciabatta rolls.
- Top with meat.
- Add Cheese on top
- Finally, top with vegetables
- Arrange Ciabatta rolls on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
