easy pesto pizza

Want a change from red pizza, try Pesto Pizza.  This is a great recipe for athletes!

Ingredients:

  1. Two cups of loosely packed FRESH basil
  2. Two cloves of garlic
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  4. 1/4 cup of pinenuts
  5. 1/3 cup of Olive Oil
  6. Ready made pizza dough(Pillsbury has a good one, in the regrigerator section at your local grocer.

Instructions:

Use mini chopper or food processor to mix the ingredients 1-5 together, spread over pizza and cook according to directions on dough package.
