Easy Cod Recipe for Athletes

Puchase some fresh Cod from the grocery store.

Rinse it and pat it dry.

Whisk these ingredients together:

 ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

 1 tsp grated parmegean cheese

Brush on both sides of the cod filet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
