Recipes for Athletes

Have you been asked to bring a dessert to a gathering?  Trying to think of something new to bring other than pre made cookie cut out?  Have I got a great recipe for you.  This recipe will make it look like you spent a long time preparing but in reality it took less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

• One package white cake mix
• 3 eggs
• Two packages of instant pistacio pudding
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Grease and coat round cake pan with flour.
2. Blend mixture together, adding one egg at a time.
3. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

     Frosting:

Mix the following and frost cake

• One container of cool whip
• One package of pistacio pudding
• 1/2 cup of milk
