Bite size meatball appetizer. This will give you a headstart at making quick and easy cooking recipes.
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 parsley and oregano
1 onion a
1 garlic powder
1 cup milk
1 can of beer
1 16 oz bottle of ketchup
Directions: Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings and milk together in a large bowl. make bit size/small meatballs. Mix the ketchup and beer in the crockpot and set the cooking temperature to low. Place the raw meatballs into the sauce on low for 4-6 hours. Server on a platter and use toothpicks for your guests to devour as an appetizer.
